To find the Martin Museum Residence:

• Enter the Cultural Complex Garage at 12^th  Avenue just west of Broadway
• After parking, walk to the northwest bank of elevators, go down to the first level and pay for parking at the kiosk by the elevator bank with the glass wall.  You can use cash or credit card (no change given with cash).  You must enter your license plate number to pay. 
• Another payment option is to use the PaybyPhoneapp (available from Apple’s App Store or Google Play).
• Parking charge is:  
  • $2.00/hr for 1 – 6 hours
  • $16.00 for 12 hours
  • $35.00 for 24 hours
  • $9.00 Early Bird (In by 8am, out by 6pm)
• Exit the garage, turn left, past the Mad Greens door, enter the Museum Residence door directly across from the entrance to the Frederic C. Hamilton Building

Parking Information:

The Cultural Complex Garage at 12th Avenue just west of Broadway is the most convenient place to park. It is open daily from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm. If you exit after 11:00 pm, you must call the posted security phone number to exit. Unattended parking lots and metered parking spaces are located within walking distance of the Denver Art Museum.

Driving Directions:

From the South
Drive north on I-25 to the Lincoln-Broadway exit (207). Go north on Lincoln and turn left at 12th Avenue. The Cultural Complex parking garage is two blocks ahead, just past Broadway.

From the North
Drive south on 1-25 to the Speer Boulevard South exit (212A). Continue on Speer Boulevard past Colfax Avenue, then turn left onto 14th Avenue. The museum is six blocks ahead. To park in the garage, continue for one block and turn right onto Broadway, then right onto 12th Avenue.

From the West
Driving east on I-70, take the US-6 East/West 6th Avenue exit (261). After several miles, US-6 freeway becomes a one-way street. Turn left onto Lincoln Street. You are now approaching from the south. Proceed to 12th Avenue and turn left to reach the parking garage, which is just past Broadway.

From the East
Head south on 1-25 to the Speer Boulevard South exit (212B). Continue on Speer Boulevard past Colfax Avenue, then turn left onto 14th Avenue. The museum is six blocks ahead. To park in the garage, continue for one block and turn right onto Broadway, then right onto 12th Avenue.
